Kareena Kapoor Khan congratulates National Film Award winners Kriti Sanon and Alia Bhatt!

In the comedy-drama Mimi, Kriti Sanon portrayed a pregnant single woman without a husband. This 2021 film was a commercial success, and Kriti's performance earned favorable reviews. Alia Bhatt gave a fantastic performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi. Both Alia and Kriti won the Best Actress Award for these movies at the 69th National Film Awards. Since then, a lot of famous people have congratulated both of them on social media. Kareena Kapoor Khan is among them.

 

Kareena Kapoor Khan thanked both actresses for winning National Film Awards in her Instagram story. She revealed a collage made from the Mimi and Gangubai Kathiawadi poster. Congratulations to both of you gorgeous girls on your great efforts, Bebo captioned the photo. For her performance in Thalaivi, Kangana Ranaut was expected to win another National Award this year. Everyone has been shocked by the connection between Kriti and Alia, though.

 

While Kriti penned a lengthy Instagram post to convey her gratitude. She also thanked Pankaj Tripathi, who played the role of Mimi with her, for winning the Best Supporting Actor Award. She expressed in her letter how pleased his late father would be of him. At the age of 99, Tripathi's father recently died away.
