During a recent media appearance in Delhi, Akshay Kumar appealed to the audience in a way that was unrelated to promotions or box office receipts. Rather, he advised viewers to watch Kesari Chapter 2 with their phones in their pockets.

According to a daily, the actor, who portrays Advocate C. Sankaran Nair, asked everyone to pay attention to every line and feeling in the film. Akshay Kumar stated that checking Instagram in the middle of the movie would be a "humiliation" for the work that went into the tale. "It will mean a lot," he added. Akshay emphasized that this film is a potent recounting of a lesser-known incident in Indian history rather than merely another effort.

Kesari Chapter 2, which is scheduled to be released in theaters on April 18, focuses on what happened after the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh tragedy. In order to reveal the truth, Akshay portrays the courageous attorney who challenged the British Empire in court. The movie is seen as a spiritual follow-up to Akshay's 2019 film Kesari and is based on the book The Case That Shook the Empire by Raghu and Pushpa Palat.

Political leaders and luminaries attended the film's Delhi premiere. "I want every Indian to watch the film and connect with the emotions and struggles shown on screen," Akshay emphasized during the ceremony. He thinks Kesari Chapter 2 reflects India's past that merits attention and has more to give than just cinematic merit.

Ananya Panday plays Dilreet Gill, Regina Cassandra plays Palat Kunhimalu Amma, and R Madhavan plays Advocate Neville McKinley. Thanks to its violent preview, the film, which is directed by Karan Singh Tyagi and supported by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, has already generated a lot of excitement online.

Akshay uses an offensive term directed at the British in the teaser, which he later clarified. The judge refers to my persona as a slave. He defended the movie's language as being appropriate for its location, saying, "That's the bigger insult."
