Rajkummar Rao, who is well-known for leading a modest life and being grounded, recently talked about why he decided to replace his old vehicle. Indeed, he had no say in the matter. Peer pressure was the cause.
The actor told Filmigyan that he isn't excited by material things while promoting his next movie, Bhool Chuk Maaf. Rajkummar acknowledged that he had owned his previous Audi Q7 for almost a decade. He really didn't care that much about replacing his car, not because he couldn't afford a new one.

“I’m not very fascinated by materialistic things,” Rajkummar told. “For me, it’s about people. If my loved ones are with me, then the place or the car doesn’t matter.”
Even though he enjoyed simplicity, he was finally pressured to improve by the remarks made by those around him. “Everyone kept saying it’s enough now, please change the car. So, I finally bought a new one. I’ve had it for about two to two-and-a-half years now,” he added with a smile.
Regarding his career, Rajkummar Rao's upcoming film is Bhool Chuk Maaf. Set in Varanasi, the romantic comedy centers on Rajkummar's character Ranjan, who becomes stuck in a time loop while attempting to wed Titli (Wamiqa Gabbi), the love of his life. Sanjay Mishra, Raghubir Yadav, Zakir Hussain, and Seema Pahwa are also featured in the movie. Maddock Films is the production company and Karan Sharma is the director.
