Manoj Bajpayee's Unexpected First Salon Visit in Mumbai!
One of the most sought-after performers in the Indian cinema industry today is Manoj Bajpayee. He has won multiple awards for his acting abilities, including the Padma Shri and the National Film Award. However, he once lacked the funds to take a plane to Mumbai. In fact, the salon was the first location he was shown when he finally succeeded in entering the city of dreams.
Filmmaker Pankaj Parashar discussed his crucial role in transporting Manoj Bajpayee from Delhi to Mumbai in a media interview. When questioned about his relationship with the actor from The Family Man, Parashar said that Anubhav Sinha, the director of Ra.One, suggested Manoj to him, describing him as an actor of "Naseer-level."

When questioned about his relationship with the actor from The Family Man, Parashar said that Anubhav Sinha, the director of Ra.One, suggested Manoj to him, describing him as an actor of "Naseer-level."
After a while, the director of Jalwa consented and requested that Sinha summon him to Mumbai. They begged the Sonchiriya actor to borrow money so he could travel to the city because he lacked the funds for a plane. Anubhav went to the airport to pick up the well-known actor the day he arrived in Mumbai. However, he told Bajpayee, "We'll have to take you to the beauty parlor," upon seeing him.
Sinha took him straight to a salon as a result. “They get him a shampoo and a facial, and then he’s brought to my house," Parashar stated. The filmmaker's initial thought upon seeing Manoj was, "From what angle does he look like Naseer?" However, he instructed him to begin on Monday.

Pankaj also mentioned meeting Anubhav Sinha, the director of IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, in the same conversation. He told how actor Raghubir Yadav once brought a young man to him while he was filming a children's movie and said he wanted to help him. Pankaj, however, rejected it, saying he already had several aides.
Sinha, however, remained adamant and never left the set. Upon seeing him there at the end of the day, Pankaj Parashar requested him to give his project a round of applause. Sinha began helping Parashar in this way. The director of ChaalBaaz eventually told Sinha that they had only found actor Sanjay Mishra for the series and were still looking for another actor.
At this point, Sinha said he had a man in Delhi who was just as talented as actor Naseeruddin Shah. He doesn't have a phone, but the auditoriums are packed when his posters are displayed. Pankaj eventually begged Anubhav to summon Manoj to Mumbai because he was alone, and the rest is history.
