Bejoy Nambiar wants to work with Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar again!

Renowned director Bejoy Nambiar, who is praised for his distinct storytelling style, recently reflected on his work on the critically acclaimed 2016 film Wazir with Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar.

 

Known for his proclivity for non-traditional filmmaking, Nambiar expressed his appreciation for the chance to collaborate with these gifted performers in a media conference. He conveyed his appreciation for their skill and his desire to work with them again in the future.

 

Bejoy Nambiar revealed in the media chat that he and Farhan Akhtar have explored a number of projects, but that every time they think they've found one, Farhan gets distracted with directing another. Nambiar described a situation in which Farhan's directorial responsibilities forced him to step back, as is the situation with Don 3. Nambiar however stated that he would like to work with the actor once more

 

In addition, Nambiar conveyed his deep respect for Amitabh Bachchan, who is considered the director's ultimate goal. "I would love to work with him again. It's everyone's dream to just keep working with him again and again. There was so much grace in the way they both went about it. I look back at that experience, with a lot of fondness. I got to learn so much, just being on the set with both of them. I would love to collaborate with both of them," the filmmaker Nambiar stated.
